statement of the HVA youth development program
is to start a county wide programme to encourage
the development of junior volleyball (Year
9/13yrs-Year 13/18yrs) in Hertfordshire
Specifically, to form an
umbrella organization for after-school volleyball
clubs in Hertfordshire with a centralised
Saturday training programme for higher level
players selected from those clubs.
