About the HVA

The Hertfordshire Volleyball Association (HVA) organise the Hertfordshire Volleyball League that comprises teams from Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and North London.

The HVA endeavour to cater for all abilities and ages and strive to raise the standard of volleyball in the area.

HVA Committee meeting on 10 December

The next committee meeting is on Tuesday 10 December at 8pm (not 7.30pm as suggested in the previous minutes). This info went to all clubs by email on 15 November, so I'm just posting it here for info. Our very own referee course - postponed

The HVA will be hosting a Grade 4 referee course on Saturday 30th November at Ridgeway Academy (Herns Ln, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2AF). This is part funded by England Volleyball and part funded by HVA. The cost to anybody who wants to be on the course is £55 and as usual HVA will cover the cost of a single attendee per club. The new HVA X League

Welcome to the updated 2019/20 season website for the HVA. The biggest change for the HVA this season is the introduction of the new X League . This sits outside the men’s and women’s leagues and is an extra competitive league for beginner/intermediate/junior players who belong to a club, but are not getting much court time within other leagues. VK Mets withdraw from Women's League

VK Barnet Club have decided to withdraw their VK Mets team from Women's HVA Division with immediate effect. As that means they'd forfeit the majority of their fixtures for the season, HVA have deleted all their previous fixture results from that league. All their players will transfer to VK Barnet.
