It was a quiet Nomads team who took on T.H. Lynx, however, they were obviously quietly determined as they dominated the game from the beginning. The Herts team put pressure on the opposition with strong serving, which left Lynx struggling to formulate an attack.
The Nomads got into their stride and added a strong block to thwart Lynx's tall middle hitter.
T.H. Lynx couldn't get organised and never really got into the game, the Herts team did well to maintain their composure and concentrate on the job at hand. It was a comfortable 3 set win 25-13 , 25-9 ,25-16.
