Herts Nomads made a strong start in their first fixture of the New Year. The team welcomed new player Lydia Glatthaar into the squad, a much needed addition to the team who lost two players over the Christmas break - one to injury and another to Singapore!
Team Southampton couldn't get started as strong attacking from the Herts team kept them on the back foot.
The Nomads were rock solid on serve receive and defence as well and dismissed the opposition in three straight sets 25 - 14, 25 - 23 and 25 - 10. Click
