After a short 20 min break the Nomads were facing Bristol with the knowledge that they needed to win 2 sets to secure their overall win. Bristol had also stepped up their game compared to their first match but the Nomads proved too strong for the Bristol defence and took the first set 25-12.
With their goal in sight the Herts team maintained their focus for the 2nd set and took it neatly 25-11 . With their overall win secured the team lost focus in the third set and allowed Bristol back in the game. Fatique and injury crept into the Herts side and this allowed Bristol to take the set 25-15. The Nomads regrouped and came out in the 4 th determined to win the set. Once again the Herts strong attack proved too much for Bristol and the Nomads won the set 25-9.
