Vale unable to raise team for 18th November as planned. They informed WHVC on 11th November, which is outside the minimum 14 day window for re-arranging the match.
However, WHVC would still like to play the match and a new date is being sought.
UPD 18/11/18: Vale unable to get a team after indicating they might be able to make the original date. WHVC had already booked hall and stood down players for a friendly. Given the late notice of change and cost incurred, WHVC will take the forfeit.
