Even with the relaxation of the neutral referee requirement for Division 1 this year, as an organisation we do seem to be lacking a pool of referees we can call upon.
Volleyball England have courses coming up in mid-October at Sheffield and Nottingham, which aren't too far away. It might be worth encouraging a few people in your Club to take the entry level Grade 4 course. It's only £50 and I'm sure a Club could stretch to part funding an individual given they can then go on to charge for their services in the future.
